  • We will identify and source potential properties which could meet our deal KPI’s, leveraging an extensive network of agents.

  • We run all the numbers on potential properties to find only those that can meet our KPI’s.

  • We complete a thorough due diligence process to ensure we know exactly what we are buying and avoiding any nasty surprises.

  • We will visit the property on your behalf in order to complete the feasibilty and due diligence process.

  • We will project manage the renovation, using our network of amazing tradies and professionals around the country.

  • We will manage the handover over to a property manager (if desired) who will source you suitable tenants for your consideration and approval.

  • We will organise & support the revaluation process so you can then access & leverage the increase in equity.

  • Full access to the learning hub which contains over 50 videos covering off all the theory, tools, templates and case studies to build the knowledge & skills needed to build your own portfolio.
